We manufacture Fibre Glass Fabrics to British Standard Specification No. 3396 and to Customers' Specification.

WOVEN FIBRE GLASS TAPES AND GLASS POLYESTER TAPES FOR ELECTRICAL PURPOSES.

Manufactured on World class high speed Needle Looms to B.S. 3779 and to Customers' specification. Glass polyester tapes are worker friendly with all the good qualities of Fibre Glass.

12mm to 45mm (Standard). On special requests and larger quantities we can weave upto 110 mm.

LENGTH
Standard 50 Meters. However on request can give bigger lengths.

TENSILE STRENGTH:
This is an important property while winding, the tape should not tear off or dislocate and should have adequate tensile strength to withstand the binding operation.

CORE
Normally Paper 12 mm ID. Can give different core on request.

HEAT SHRINK WOVEN POLYESTER TAPES.

These tapes are Woven to all the dimension as mentioned for woven Fibre Glass tapes. Polyester Tapes are used in the Electrical Industry for its Thermal Shrinkage Properties.


FIBRE GLASS SLEEVINGS

Fibre glass sleevings are braided from 'E' Glass Yarn having low alkali content and provide superior electrical characteristics and thermal resistance. The important property of Fibre Glass Sleeving associated with its chemical constitution is its non-reactivity with other chemical compounds.

Fibre glass unvarnished sleevings are closely braided, retains the flexibility and electrical properties in continuos operation even at higher temperature than 300 C.

Fibre glass varnished sleevings are coated with different synthetic varnishes so as to give thermal class of B,F,H insulation. Fibre glass sleevings are superior in dialectic strength and resistance to oils, acids, alkalis, jet fluids, moisture and heat.
